Are you open year-Round?

Yes, we are open the whole year, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Does my child need to be toilet trained to attend your center?

This is a very common question and the answer is no! As we take infants as young as 6 weeks old, we help our families by assisting in the process of toilet training.

Do we offer transport service to and from school?

Our learning centre offers before and after school care for children up to the age of 12. We provide bussing services that include walking students to their bus stop and waiting with them or driving them to school in our daycare van. All drivers hold a valid Alberta license and a clean driver’s abstract.

What are Kidz In The Park hours?

Our centre provides service from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

What training does your staff have?

Our staff all hold Child Development Certificates and have over 100 combined years of childcare experience! All staff are certified in Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR.

What's the fees for your center?

Our fees vary by age due to a variety of reasons. Our fees are accessible through our Director, by inquiring online or via phone call at (780) 464-2637.

Will my child nap at daycare?

Each child in our infant, toddler, and preschool programs are provided with an individual cot (or crib) for their rest period of up to two hours in length. They are permitted to sleep, rest, or engage in quiet activities based on their personal needs, while ensuring that sleep patterns at home are not disrupted. The sheets assigned to a single child, and are laundered on a weekly schedule.

Are meals provided at daycare? What kind of food is served?

Kidz in the Park provides morning snack, hot lunch, and afternoon snack. We plan our meals based off Canada’s updated Food Guide, and ensure that your children are eating a variety of food groups each and every day.

Is your facility nut free?

Yes. We do not use nuts in our meal preparation, and also do not allow children to bring snacks containing nuts into our centre.
